Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading, creating an account, or using the Babylogist mobile app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

Babylogist helps parents log baby care (feeding, sleep, diapers, health, growth, etc.) and share data with family members.

The App is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

You may join a family via invite code to share data with your partner. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.

4. Subscription

Babylogist Premium offers monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions for partner family sync. Core baby tracking remains free when you use the app on your own.

Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; prices are shown for your store region.

Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before each renewal period in your store account settings, the subscription renews automatically and you are charged.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow store policies; direct refunds from us are not offered outside those policies.

5. Acceptable use

Use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or infringe others’ rights.

6. Health disclaimer

Development guides and tips are for general information only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult a healthcare provider about your baby’s health concerns.

7. Intellectual property

The App, design, text, and software belong to Babylogist. You may not copy or commercially use them without written permission.

Baby data you enter remains yours; we may process it to provide the service (see Privacy Policy).

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or indirect damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the App. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

10. AI Photo Studio and generated content

AI Photo Studio uses artificial intelligence to create stylized images from a photo you provide. Results may contain inaccuracies or artifacts and are provided “as is” without warranty.

You may only upload photos of your own child or photos you are authorized to use. Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. You are responsible for how you use the generated images.

11. Photo credits

AI Photo Studio uses credits offered as one-time (consumable) in-app purchases. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law and have no cash value.

Credits are tied to your account and held on our servers; they are preserved when you reinstall the app or change devices, as long as you sign in with the same account.
