1. Introduction
Babylogist (“we”, “App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email, and unique user ID from Apple or Google sign-in.
Baby and care data: name, birth date, gender, feeding/sleep/diaper/health logs, growth measurements, and notes.
Family sharing: invite codes and family membership.
Device and usage: app version, language preference, crash logs (for service quality).
3. How we use data
To provide the service and sync data across your devices and family members.
To manage family sync and optional Premium subscriptions (store payments are processed by Apple/Google).
To improve the App, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Under GDPR and similar laws, we process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests, and your consent (e.g. creating an account).
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share with Apple/Google for authentication and store payments.
We may disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Retention
Data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable time, except where law requires retention.
7. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure.
8. Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, portability, and object.

9. Children’s privacy
The App is used by parents; children do not create accounts directly. Baby data is entered by a parent or guardian.
10. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.
11. AI Photo Studio
When you use AI Photo Studio, the baby photo you select is sent to our servers and/or our AI image-processing provider to generate a new stylized image.
Photos are processed only to fulfill your request. Generation runs on the infrastructure of our AI image-processing provider, fal.ai. Neither the photo you upload nor the generated image is stored on our servers; the provider’s own retention terms and privacy policy apply.
Generated images are stored on your device; you control whether to save or share them.
12. Third-party services
We work with service providers that process limited data on our behalf: Apple and Google (sign-in and in-app purchases), RevenueCat (subscription management), and OneSignal (push notifications, which uses your device push token).
These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in the App.
